To give guests and boaters clean, level and safe outdoor spaces, Resort at Erie Landing chose Flatspot modular decking. The platforms were manufactured at our North Carolina facility, then delivered and professionally installed on site by the Flatspot crew — no extra contractors, no disruption to daily operations.
The finished decks create ready-to-use outdoor spaces that stand up to changing weather and seasons, cut down on mud and wear in high-traffic areas, and give guests and boaters a comfortable, level place to enjoy the waterfront.
Scope of work: 2,000 sq ft of wood decking plus twelve 30’×4′ sections.
