To give guests clean, level and safe outdoor spaces, Nelson’s Outdoor Resort chose Flatspot modular decking. The platforms were manufactured at our North Carolina facility, then delivered and professionally installed on site by the Flatspot crew — no extra contractors, no disruption to daily operations.
The finished decks create ready-to-use outdoor spaces that stand up to changing weather and seasons, cut down on mud and wear in high-traffic areas, and give guests a comfortable, level place to relax and unwind.
Scope of work: Two 24′ round insulated Pacific Yurt bases with LVP flooring, two exterior TREX decks — one with stairs and railing, one with a ramp and railing — plus a TREX dock.
